I am a Kite

 Hey friend, I am your favorite outdoor fun toy on a bright windy day - the kite.

I come in various attractive bright color and shapes. Most of my fliers exhibit apex creativity in creating fantastic tails and wings of mine. Usually I can be made up of paper, plastic and silk along with bamboo slices to form my skeleton. I am tethered at the ground level with a flying line thread wrapped around a wooden cylinder.

Flying me is an absolute fun for nature lovers. Across the world, there are festivals for my lovers who gather publicly, make merry and pomp by displaying their proud creative kite and flying me high as if splashing color on the sky. Believe me, numerous of us flying together simultaneously on a bright sunny sky is a delight to watch.

I am a proud possession of yours when you show-off to your friends. You gang up with your allies and make merry warfare in the sky by cutting-off each other's flying line and shout yells in vernaculars in sudden outburst of joy. As I get separated from the anchor at the ground in your hands, I set sail gliding along the wind. The blowing breeze takes me to unknown pastures. I love the uncertainty of my journey. Sometimes I land up on some tree or water and if I fall on the ground, I shower smile and happiness to my new owner.
